Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs and lifestyle preferences.
Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
What I love in Chloe's approach to health is that it's rather all- inclusive. She respects different theories and approaches and interests herself in the person at hand and what can work for them in their context and their likings. I like working with Chloe as my health/ nutrition coach because she doesn't try to push anything other than learning how to find a healthier/ happier version of your own self. She listens and adapts and is very into dialogue so she can continuously adapt to the person's needs.
