WHY HEALTH COACHING?
Research continually demonstrates that achieving optimal health can be done by observing what we put into our body and how we treat our body and mind. Our body's weight, street levels, sleep pattern, immune system and so much more is affected by what we eat and the lifestyle choices we make. Given that the modern world places many obstacles in between us and the path to health, finding support in making lifestyle changes is all the more essential. Turning to a coach to help manage a wide array of these lifestyle problems or simply to feel lighter and better can be transformative.
HOW CAN I HELP?
When people think of their problems in relation to weight they tend to only think about food being the issue when the reality is it can be far deeper than that. I will help you to understand why these negative eating and lifestyle patterns may have become habit.
Cravings (not restricted to food) play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
Bio-Individuality, term coined by the IIN, each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs and lifestyle preferences.
